They broke the law. I returned a call and they didnt ask who I was. They gave the MRD-which is required on all calls when you speak to a live person and calls are recorded. They said the MMDC-which is only said to the indebted consumer or Right Party Contact. I advised the bill was already paid yesterday & to check their records. I hung up. I called back and spoke to a supervisor named Rochelle and she said they were a 3rd party collection agency and she would call me back at 9:15pm. I informed her it was against FDCPA to call outside of 8am till 9pm consumer time. She said no-well yes. She called me back and said it is not against company policy to just speak to anybody who returns a call to a number they called. I explained its against FDCPA to disclose information without knowing who you talked to and I would forward this matter to my attorney.

I've asked twicw to be removed from the call list. I have also now filed a complaint with the FCC. I suggest you do the same if they are harassing you with non stop calls.

says its a curtisy call for two major criminal investigations and that I wil be served with a summons today or tommororw and this has been since last week

This company calls me back to back several times during the day before I go to work. Then when i check my phone again I had several calls from this number.

This number has been calling for months now and always hangs up when the call is answered. If it is not answered and goes to the ans. machine, it never leaves a message.

Follow-up to my 26 Feb posting. Turned out to be legit. Not sure why they sounded so hick-y and unprofessional, but I called UPS (from number I got from their website, not the # provided by caller), and gave invoice #. It was for import taxes/duty on a shipment I got from Spain a few months ago (normally pay these fees with delivery, so I doubted its authenticity). Maybe UPS is using some kind of collection service to make these calls for them (the UPS person had no info on this), which is why the original caller sounded so unprofessional. Anyway, my mistake!/I apologized to the UPS person.

They keep harrassing me all day all night. I ask them to stop calling told them they were harrasing me then they call back let it ring once or twice and hang up.

I recieved a call from theis number and when i called back - there was just a voicemail saying to leave a message after the tone.

Answered my phone & could not hear anything on the other end, like a bad connection. Told the person that "if they could hear me, to call me back, I could not hear them". They did not call me back. Tried to call them back and got the same message like everybody else did, that the VM was full.

keep calling my cell, I call back and they want my info??? Nobody is leaving messages and I was told they work with Macy and I have nothing to do with them!
